Mark Bylkas is a seasoned professional with nearly 39 years of experience in the HVAC industry, specializing in plumbing, heating, electrical, and air conditioning. Holding a Master Mechanical License and EPA certification, he is recognized for his deep expertise in advanced HVAC systems, including inverter air conditioners, heat pump technologies, and communicating, inverter modulation systems.As the Corporate Technical Trainer for the Southern Region at Horizon Services, Mark leads comprehensive training and development for 172 professionals, ensuring they stay ahead of industry standards. He certifies employees in advanced systems such as Daikin S&T and I&C, oversees robust training programs, and provides hands-on support for complex installations. Currently, Mark travels throughout Florida, sharing his extensive knowledge by teaching heating and air from installation to maintenance and service, with a strong emphasis on inverter technology and modulation.
Previously, Mark owned and operated Treehouse Services for over 22 years, managing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operations. His leadership drove efficiency, optimized key performance metrics, and elevated client satisfaction. Earlier, as Service Manager at Stan Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, he trained technicians, managed budgets, and streamlined service operations.
